Wanted to share my story. Ive always been a bubly, career oriented ,outgoing, social girl. But i got into the habit of smoking. Though i wasnt a chronic smoker, i used to have one or two a day. Just when the lockdown happened in march, i had a smoke.. and boom!!..since then in hypeventilating. Its more of like realising you need a deeeep breath.. and that you gta consciously take it. I freaked out. Showed all possible doctors, everythng is fine... All mentioning im
stressed out.. but i never agreed to it... Cos i was HAPPY ..i became so anxious about my day in day out breathing issue that dint know what to do. And i saw this app...
1) are there anyone here who started
HyperVentilating due to smoking.. ?
2)i just need some reassurance that this is gna go away with consistent practise...
I've been regularly doing intense
yoga.. and recently started
HyperVen.. i can feel improvement than how i used to be before... But sometimes i fall in a state of delirium... Can anyone guide me here?
